Mental health problems can include things like:

  • depression
  • anxiety.

Looking after your mental health is very important.

  • taking some time to do something you want to do
  • eating well
  • spending time with people who make you happy
  • taking part in activities you enjoy
  • going to see a doctor when you need to.
