Getting support to make decisions

Sometimes you might need support to make a decision.

Support can include someone explaining the different choices to you in a way that you can understand.

You should get support from someone you trust, like a:

  • family member
  • friend
  • doctor.

It’s a good idea to ask more than one person to help you make decisions.
