Stalking is when someone:

  • won’t leave you alone
  • doesn’t respect your privacy.

Someone can stalk you:

  • in person
  • using technology.

If a person is stalking you, they can be:

  • calling you a lot
  • sending you lots of messages
  • hanging around near where you:
    • work
    • live
    • go to school
  • spying on you
  • following you
  • using spyware on your computer.
