Where does violence happen?

Violence can happen in any relationship.

It can be:

• in a romantic relationship between:
  • husbands
  • wives
  • girlfriends
  • boyfriends
• in a romantic relationship that has ended
• with carers and support workers
• with parents, guardians or other family members
• with adult children.
