How you feel about your body

Lots of women aren’t happy with how their bodies look.

If you feel bad about your body, you can:

  • remember that the photos you see in the media are usually fixed to make them look better
  • remember that everyone is different and that’s a good thing
  • make a list of 10 things you like about yourself
  • talk to people who make you feel good.
