Making a complaint about a service

When you use a service, you have the right to:

  • be treated with respect
  • good quality support.

If you don’t feel like a service has done a good job, you can make a complaint about it.

To complain about the National Disability Insurance Agency, you can fill out a form on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) website.
